Employee permits begin on Wednesday, August 5th

Payroll deduction is only available for benefit eligible employees. Deductions start in September and end in May. For Bi-Weekly employees, there will be maximum of 18 deductions. In order to meet the maximum 18 deductions, your permit must be purchased prior to August 24. There is a beginning month deadline (could be prior month) and mid month deadline for us to submit the batch file. Depending on when your permit is purchased during the month it will fall into one of those deadlines.

There will be a maximum of 9 deductions for monthly employees with deductions still ending in May.

The table below is a close estimation of purchase price deadlines. The price column is a loose idea of the price owed since the batch timeline overlaps months. See the prorated schedule for each permit type to get exact pricing. The amount column is the total deducted each check based on original purchase amount and number of deductions available (actual price could be lower). The price per check increases as less pay checks are available for deduction. The amount will stay the same for the duration of your deductions.
